& NPC CENTRAL CLASSIC (Open to out of State Residents)



OKLAHOMA NPC CONTEST INFORMATION

  • All contestants, officials, and promoters must be current NPC members.
  • All entry forms MUST be accompanied by a copy of the contestant's NPC card [NO EXCEPTIONS]
  • Judges, including head judge, will be chosen by the district chairman.
  • Backstage help will be provided by promoter [trainers, friends, etc., will not be allowed backstage].
  • Participants in unsanctioned contests offering money - value prizes are disqualified from NPC events.
  • All contests will have an entry deadline of at least 12 days prior to the event.
  • When a competitor moves up a level of competition, he/she MAY NEVER return to a lower level.
  • Anyone making a false statement on an entry form will be suspended for one year.
  • Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

Entry Requirements

  • TEEN: Must be under 20 years of age on the day of the contest. One weight class unless specified by promoter.
  • MASTERS: Women 35/Men 40 years of age or higher on day of the contest.
  • NOVICE: Must never have won your weight class in any NPC contest. Weight classes are as follows:

    Middleweight
    Heavyweight

    up to 125
    Under 126 to 140
    Over 140
    Men
    under 165.25
    Under 187.25
    Over 187.25
  • OPEN: see first page.
  • FITNESS & FIGURE: Two classes: Short - Up to 5'4" and Tall - Over 5'4"
  • NATIONAL QUALIFIERS: Women's class will remain the same as Novice listed above. Men will be as follows:

    Middleweight
    LT. Heavyweight
    Heavyweight
    Super Hvywt
    Men
    under 143.25
    under 154.25
    Under 176.25
    Under 198.25

Posing

  • Routines will be:

    Teen, Masters and Novice - 60 seconds
    Open - 90 seconds [at night show] Fitness-120 seconds
Rules
  • Posing music must be recorded on a professional high definition CD containing ONLY time allowed posing music.
  • ALL contestants will have a Friday night weigh-in from 6:30 pm to 7:30 prn followed by a MANDATORY meeting.
  • Contest posing suits must be worn or brought to the weigh-in. Suits must be approved by NPC OK chairperson..
  • A preliminary judging round will be used to limit each division to eight contestants if needed.
  • The top 3 - 5 [promoter's option] will present their routines at the night show.
  • The top 3 in each class will receive awards [promoter has the option of awarding 4th and 5th place].
  • MANDATORY POSES are as follows:

    - Front Double Bicep
    - Front Lat Spread
    - Side Chest and Bicep
    - Side Tricep
    - Back Lat Spread
    - Back Double Bicep
    - Front Ab and Thigh
    - Most Muscular (Men) or Favorite Pose (Women)

    (Display of "moon" pose will result in disqualification)

CONTESTANTS WHO WISH TO RECEIVE COPIES OF THEIR SCORE SHEETS MUST PROVIDE
A SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE WITH THEIR ENTRY FORMS.

**Athletes will be provided a 15-minute time period after the evening competition to talk with judges**
